{"id":145,"date":"2016-11-10T09:27:47","date_gmt":"2016-11-10T09:27:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tashgiv.uz\/?page_id=145"},"modified":"2026-08-14T10:43:33","modified_gmt":"2026-08-14T05:43:33","slug":"malakaviy-imtihonlar","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/tsuos.uz\/en\/malakaviy-imtihonlar\/","title":{"rendered":"Qualifying exams"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<h2>Admission of Documents for Qualification Examinations<\/h2>\n<p>At Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, documents from applicants for qualification examinations are accepted through the designated link.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In the Field of History (07.00.00), qualification examinations are conducted in the following specialties:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>07.00.03 \u2013 World History<\/li>\n<li>07.00.08 \u2013 Historiography, Source Studies and Methods of Historical Research<\/li>\n<li>07.00.05 \u2013 History of International Relations and Foreign Policy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In the Field of Economics (08.00.00), qualification examinations are conducted in:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>08.00.09 \u2013 World Economy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In the Field of Philology (10.00.00), qualification examinations are conducted in:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10.00.05 \u2013 Language and Literature of Asian and African Peoples<\/li>\n<li>10.00.06 \u2013 Comparative Literature, Contrastive Linguistics and Translation Studies<\/li>\n<li>10.00.10 \u2013 Textual Studies and Literary Source Studies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In the Field of Political Sciences (23.00.00), qualification examinations are conducted in:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>23.00.02 \u2013 Political Institutions, Processes and Technologies<\/li>\n<li>23.00.04 \u2013 International Relations, Political Issues of Global and Regional Development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additionally, supplementary examinations are conducted in the following subjects:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Uzbekistan\u2019s Interests in International Systems<\/li>\n<li>Regional Aspects of Contemporary International Relations<\/li>\n<li>Theoretical Issues of the Specialty<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualification examinations are held in session format four times a year \u2014 in <strong>February, May, November, and December<\/strong>, in accordance with established procedures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Documents for Specialty and Additional Qualification Examinations (in accordance with the dissertation topic):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Official referral letter;<\/li>\n<li>Copy of passport;<\/li>\n<li>Employment certificate (approved by the HR Department of the main workplace);<\/li>\n<li>Extract from the minutes of the institution where the dissertation was completed, confirming its readiness and recommendation for defense;<\/li>\n<li>Copy of the publication announcing the doctoral dissertation topic in the journal <em>\u201cOAK Bulletin\u201d<\/em>;<\/li>\n<li>Copy of the certificate confirming successful completion of the previous qualification examination (\u201cForeign Language\u201d);<\/li>\n<li>List of scientific publications (certified by the scientific secretary of the institution where the research was conducted).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Admission of Documents for Qualification Examinations At Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, documents from applicants for qualification examinations are accepted through the designated link.
