{"id":35008,"date":"2023-09-25T15:58:51","date_gmt":"2023-09-25T10:58:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tsuos.uz\/?page_id=35008"},"modified":"2023-09-25T15:59:19","modified_gmt":"2023-09-25T10:59:19","slug":"english-employment-practice-and-the-activity-of-unions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/tsuos.uz\/en\/english-employment-practice-and-the-activity-of-unions\/","title":{"rendered":"Employment practice and the activity of unions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As an organization, Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies recognizes trade unions and labour rights for all, including women and foreign employees.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As a primary organization, University Trade Union Committee, through its elected and collegial bodies, shall:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Material and moral encouragement of trade union members at the expense of extra-budgeted and saved funds;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 &#8211; Paying more attention to providing financial assistance to needy members of the labour team, retired labour veterans and disabled persons at the expense of extra-budgetary funds;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Financial incentives for employees who have been working effectively in the institute for a long time at the age of 60-70-80 years, and elderly teachers on the basis of the recommendations of the heads of the faculty, department, and department;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Allocating financial support for the weddings of teachers, employees or their children according to the length of service at the university;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Allocating financial support based on the university&#8217;s financial situation in connection with the death of employees (himself or his parents, spouse, children) and holding events;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Other emergency situations affecting the employee&#8217;s financial situation (long-term illness, various accidents, financial difficulties).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Financial incentives for authors who create new textbooks, study guides after the book is published, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As an organization, Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies recognizes trade unions and labour rights for all, including women and foreign employees.
