{"id":40214,"date":"2024-07-03T14:22:06","date_gmt":"2024-07-03T09:22:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tsuos.uz\/?page_id=40214"},"modified":"2024-07-03T14:22:27","modified_gmt":"2024-07-03T09:22:27","slug":"english-financial-incentives","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/tsuos.uz\/en\/english-financial-incentives\/","title":{"rendered":"Financial incentives"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, university staff are supported in every way, materially and morally.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Based on the conditions stipulated in the \u201cCollective agreement\u201d and in order to provide comprehensive support to teachers-professors, the following monetary awards were given in 2023 at the expense of extra-budgetary funds of the university:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; 189\u00a0750 000 UZS for 330 staff on the occasion of \u201cInternational Women\u2019s Day\u201d on March 8;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; 319 125 000 UZS for 555 teachers-professors on the occasion of \u201cTeacher\u2019s Day\u201d on October 1;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; at the end of the academic year 2022-2023, 1\u00a0577\u00a0443 000 UZS for 268 professors and teachers with high-performance indicators, authors who achieved high results during the academic year, who created new textbooks, and study guides; and students who won high positions in competitions held at the city, and republic levels.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In 2023, additional funds in the amount of 6\u00a0646\u00a0394 846 UZS were allocated to the salaries of 320 university professors, management and staff.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Funds in the amount of 347\u00a0082 920 UZS were given as a financial incentive to 419 university students who achieved high results during the 2022-2023 academic year, won in university, city, and republican competitions, and participated in public affairs.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, university staff are supported in every way, materially and morally.
