{"id":40221,"date":"2024-07-03T14:23:46","date_gmt":"2024-07-03T09:23:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tsuos.uz\/?page_id=40221"},"modified":"2024-07-03T14:24:06","modified_gmt":"2024-07-03T09:24:06","slug":"english-staff-support","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/tsuos.uz\/en\/english-staff-support\/","title":{"rendered":"Staff support"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, a number of measures are systematically implemented to provide comprehensive support to university staff.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The following were carried out within the \u201cPayment of labor: Guaranteed payments and compensation payments\u201d of the \u201cCollective agreement\u201d:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>In accordance with clause 61, payment of salaries in accordance with the procedure established by the laws and legal documents of the Republic of Uzbekistan;<\/li>\n<li>Terms of payment of salaries in accordance with clause 62:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For the first half of the month &#8211; until the 18th of the month;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For the second half of the month &#8211; pay by the 5th of the following month.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In accordance with the provisions set forth in clause 9 of the \u201cCollective agreement\u201d entitled \u201cSocial insurance: Social benefits and guarantees\u201d, the \u201cEmployer\u201d has been fulfilling the following obligations regarding benefits and guarantees:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Providing financial and moral support to trade union members at the expense of extra-budgetary and saved funds;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Paying more attention to providing financial support to needy members of the labor team, retired veterans and disabled people at the expense of extra-budgetary funds;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Financial incentives based on the recommendations of the faculty, department, and division heads in monitoring staff and senior teachers who have been working effectively at the university for a long time;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Allocating financial support for the weddings of teachers, staff or their children based on seniority at the university;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Allocating financial support for staff (himself or their parents, spouse, children) to hold funerals after their death, depending on the financial state of the university.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, a number of measures are systematically implemented to provide comprehensive support to university staff.
