<\/td>\nShort history of department<\/strong><\/p>\n In the academic year 2017\/2018, in order to train future personnel based on\u00a0 correspondence and evening education at the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, there was established \u00abThe Correspondence course Department\u00bb and department was designated as the main responsible structure to organize correspondence education.<\/p>\n Department started its job based on decision 930\u00a0 of Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, constituted on November 21, 2017 \u00abThe regulation of organizing correspondence (special correspondence course) and evening (shift) education at\u00a0 higher education institutions\u00bb the approval of the regulations\u201c.<\/p>\n In the 2022-2023 academic year, the Correspondence Department was renamed “Evening and Correspondence Department” due to the fact that it included the form of evening education. During these years, more than 1500 students studied in 11 fields of study in the form of evening and correspondence education.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong>Current operation of the department<\/strong><\/p>\n Currently, the department has the following forms of education:<\/strong><\/p>\n Moreover, it is planned to organize distance <\/strong>education<\/strong> from the next academic year<\/p>\n In the 2024\/2025 academic year, there are 11 educational fields in the evening education, where about 830 students are studying. Based on the possibilities of the material and technical base of the university, the admission process for evening education has been suspended from the current academic year.
