The use of these databases is regularly discussed at university council meetings. In order to increase the efficiency of the use of international databases, a \u201cConsultation Center\u201d was established on the basis of the order of the Rector of the University No. 05-14 of June 14, 2018, and moderators were appointed for each faculty. They are required to make special presentations in their respective departments and provide methodological assistance to teachers. Elsevier has developed guidelines for the use of electronic database resources. Doctoral students and researchers of TDSHU are also participating in national forums with the participation of officials from international databases and libraries such as Scopus and Science Direct, Web of Science, Springer.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 In addition, a seminar was held on April 17 with Yu.
