{"id":47227,"date":"2025-07-02T11:25:22","date_gmt":"2025-07-02T06:25:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tsuos.uz\/?page_id=47227"},"modified":"2025-07-02T11:25:50","modified_gmt":"2025-07-02T06:25:50","slug":"english-chess-and-checkers-competitions-at-tsuos","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/tsuos.uz\/en\/english-chess-and-checkers-competitions-at-tsuos\/","title":{"rendered":"Chess and Checkers Competitions at TSUOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As part of the \u201c5th Orientalist Students Festival,\u201d a chess and checkers sports competition was organized at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies (TSUOS) as the first project under the festival.<\/p>\n<p>More than 200 students specializing in oriental studies participated in this intellectual contest, testing their knowledge and skills.<\/p>\n<p>The winners of the competition were as follows:<\/p>\n<p>In the chess category:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ilhom Nigmonjonov \u2013 4th-year student, Institute of Eastern Languages and Literature<\/li>\n<li>Medeu Qosimov \u2013 4th-year student, Institute of Foreign Policy and International Economic Relations<\/li>\n<li>Hasanbek Norboev \u2013 2nd-year student, Institute of Foreign Policy and International Economic Relations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the checkers category:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sabrina Nurmurodova \u2013 1st-year student, Institute of Foreign Policy and International Economic Relations<\/li>\n<li>Doston Kurbonov \u2013 1st-year student, Faculty of Eastern Civilization and Philosophy<\/li>\n<li>Doston Ikromov \u2013 4th-year student, Institute of Eastern Languages and Literature<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the end of the competition, the winners and runners-up were awarded monetary prizes by the university.
