ELECTED REPRESENTATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies (TSUOS) ensures inclusive, transparent, and participatory governance through elected representation of students, faculty, and staff on the university\u2019s highest governing and advisory bodies. Representatives from all groups are formally elected according to internal regulations and serve as active members in shaping university policy, academic development, and community engagement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Elected representatives at TSUOS include:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Leader of the Youth Union<\/strong> \u2013 Elected annually by students to represent undergraduate and graduate voices in institutional and social initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tsuos.uz\/en\/yoshlar-ittifoqi-bt\/\">Youth Union \u2192<\/a><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/poytaxtyoshlari_yi\/324\">Telegram source 1 \u2192<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/tsuos_yu\/7924\">Telegram source 2 \u2192<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Leader of the Students\u2019 Scientific Society<\/strong> \u2013 Elected each academic year by students of TSUOS to promote student research, academic initiatives, and participation in scientific events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Chairman of the Trade Union Committee<\/strong> \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/tsuos.uz\/en\/toshkent-davlat-sharqshunoslik-universitetida-kasaba-uyushmasi-qomitasining-hisobot-saylov-konferensiyasi\/\">Elected by the university\u2019s employees<\/a>, including <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/tsuos\/19020\">academic and administrative staff<\/a>, to protect labor rights, improve working conditions, and coordinate social welfare activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tsuos.uz\/en\/kasaba-uyushmasi-qomitasi\/\">Trade Union Committee \u2192<\/a><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Chairperson of the Women\u2019s Committee<\/strong> \u2013 Elected to advance gender equality, social support, and women\u2019s professional development across the university.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tsuos.uz\/en\/xotin-qizlar-qomitasi\/\">Women\u2019s Committee \u2192<\/a><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Chairman of the Young Scientists\u2019 Council<\/strong> \u2013 Elected through open voting in accordance with the Council\u2019s Charter (Article 3.2), representing early-career researchers and promoting innovation and academic excellence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tsuos.uz\/yosh-olimlar-uyushmasi\/\">Young Scientists\u2019 Council \u2192<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Through this system of regular and democratic elections, TSUOS guarantees representation from students (both undergraduate and graduate), faculty members, and non-faculty staff in decision-making processes.
