{"id":53361,"date":"2026-02-24T10:33:29","date_gmt":"2026-02-24T05:33:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tsuos.uz\/?page_id=53361"},"modified":"2026-02-24T10:35:12","modified_gmt":"2026-02-24T05:35:12","slug":"loyihalar-arxiv","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/tsuos.uz\/en\/loyihalar-arxiv\/","title":{"rendered":"Scientific projects"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The university has been implementing a one-year applied project titled <a href=\"https:\/\/tsuos.uz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/sharq-ayollari.uz_.pdf\"><strong>\u201cDevelopment of an electronic textbook on Gender Relations in Eastern Countries (The 100 Most Prominent Women of the East)\u201d<\/strong><\/a>, with a total funding of <strong>404.9 million UZS<\/strong>.<br \/>\nAccording to the project budget:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>258.296 million UZS<\/strong> \u2013 remuneration,<\/li>\n<li><strong>67 million UZS<\/strong> \u2013 external research and website development,<\/li>\n<li><strong>15 million UZS<\/strong> \u2013 publication and stationery expenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, <strong>170 million UZS<\/strong> has been allocated for 2024.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Implementation of Projects at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>In accordance with Annex 7 of the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-307 dated July 6, 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Within the framework of project <strong>#290 \u201cDevelopment of a mobile learning application on history for visually impaired students studying at higher education institutions,\u201d<\/strong> the university has developed the <strong>UzHistory mobile application<\/strong>, which meets <strong>international accessibility standards<\/strong> for students with visual impairments.<\/li>\n<li>Under project <strong>#291 \u201cDevelopment of the Chinese.friendly.uz mobile application,\u201d<\/strong> a platform was created to assist <strong>Chinese tourists<\/strong> in traveling freely across Uzbekistan and meeting their needs. The application provides essential information in <strong>Chinese and English languages<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>As part of the project <strong>\u201cDevelopment of the AudioManuscript platform,\u201d<\/strong> a new mobile application <strong>AudioManuscript.uz<\/strong> was created to <strong>display and voice ancient manuscripts<\/strong> in their <strong>original form, language, transcription, and translation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A total of <strong>38 million UZS<\/strong> from the university\u2019s <strong>extrabudgetary funds<\/strong> was allocated for these purposes.<\/p>\n<p>In 2021, the university won a <strong>grant competition announced by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey<\/strong> for the <strong>translation of Fuad K\u00f6pr\u00fcl\u00fc\u2019s work \u201cThe First Sufi Poets in Turkish Literature\u201d into Uzbek<\/strong>, valued at <strong>USD 18,000<\/strong>. The translation has been <strong>fully completed<\/strong>, and the publication process is currently underway. The book is scheduled to be <strong>published in 1,000 copies by the end of July 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Under the applied research project <strong>IL-5221091507 \u201cFactors and Prospects of Sustainable Development of Interconnectivity between Central and South Asia (Based on Uzbekistan\u2019s Initiatives),\u201d<\/strong> a total of <strong>465.207 million UZS (95% of the total budget)<\/strong> was allocated, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>284.9 million UZS<\/strong> \u2013 remuneration,<\/li>\n<li><strong>34.2 million UZS<\/strong> \u2013 business trips,<\/li>\n<li><strong>34.1 million UZS<\/strong> \u2013 strengthening material and technical resources (computer equipment and stationery),<\/li>\n<li><strong>83 million UZS<\/strong> \u2013 publications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Publications included <strong>12 research papers<\/strong> presented at <strong>international Scopus-indexed conferences<\/strong> (32 million UZS), <strong>printing conference proceedings<\/strong> (11 million UZS), and <strong>11 monographs<\/strong> (41 million UZS).<\/p>\n<p>Since <strong>May 2024<\/strong>, the university has also been implementing a one-year applied project <strong>ALM-202403110247 \u201cUtilizing Local Attributes to Enhance the Ethnotourism Potential of Rishton, Chust, Yangiqo\u2018rg\u2018on, and Boysun Districts\u201d<\/strong>, with a total allocation of <strong>704.147 million UZS<\/strong>.<br \/>\nAccording to the project budget:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>364.483 million UZS<\/strong> \u2013 remuneration,<\/li>\n<li><strong>120.480 million UZS<\/strong> \u2013 travel expenses,<\/li>\n<li><strong>15 million UZS<\/strong> \u2013 external research,<\/li>\n<li><strong>126.7 million UZS<\/strong> \u2013 strengthening material and technical resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additionally, <strong>230 million UZS<\/strong> was allocated for 2024.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Projects Identified in Annex 7 of Presidential Decree No. <\/strong><strong>PQ-307 (July 6, 2022)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>#290:<\/strong> <em>Development of a mobile learning application on history for visually impaired students in higher education institutions<\/em> \u2013 <em>(Download the application)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>#291:<\/strong> <em>Development of the Chinese.friendly.uz mobile application<\/em> \u2013 <em>(Download the application)<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>#292:<\/strong> <em>Development of the AudioManuscript platform<\/em> \u2013 <em>(Download the application)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Ongoing Innovative Projects at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Creation of a database of Turkic manuscripts preserved in European funds and the development of the electronic platform \u201cEuroturcologika.uz.\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/yevroturkologika.uz\/\">The database of Turkish manuscripts stored in European funds, which are not available in Uzbekistan, and the electronic platform<\/a><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/yevroturkologika.uz\/\">&#8220;Euroturcologika.uz&#8221;<\/a><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The university has been implementing a one-year applied project titled \u201cDevelopment of an electronic textbook on Gender Relations in Eastern Countries (The 100 Most Prominent Women of the East)\u201d, with a total funding of 404.9 million UZS.
