Food service providers purchase a significant proportion of food products from local producers, suppliers, supermarkets and traditional markets, in accordance with the <a href=\"https:\/\/tsuos.uz\/en\/english-sustainable-food-procurement-policy\/\">university\u2019s sustainable procurement principles<\/a>. In addition, other food products are regularly purchased from local supermarkets such as <a href=\"https:\/\/korzinka.uz\/en\">Korzinka<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/havasfood.uz\/en\/\">Havas<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/barakamarket.uz\/\">Baraka<\/a>, as well as from traditional bazaars like Alay and Chorsu.<\/p>\n<p>By prioritizing these local and sustainable sources, TSUOS ensures that its campus dining services align with the principles of sustainable consumption, support for local businesses, and community well-being, thereby contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies (TSUOS) promotes sustainable and responsible food procurement through its student restaurant and campus buffets.
