On January 18, the meeting was conducted at TSIOS on the topic \u201cCenter of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan: goals and objectives, priorities for the future\u201d which was in cooperation with the Center of Islamic Civilization in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The honored guests, Director of the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan, Sh.Minovarov and Deputy Director, Sheikh Abdulaziz Mansur participated in the meeting. The event was opened by the Rector of the Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies G. Rixsieva, who firstly congratulated the participants of the conference after highlighted the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan \u201cOn measures of radical improvement in the religious enlightenment in the field\u201d, which in turn would be a huge contribution to the field of education. During the event all audience were highly interested in information given about\u00a0 the construction of the center, the Museum of Islamic Art, which includes about 40,000 rare exhibits, a Library with 100,000 books and a collection of manuscripts. At the end of the event, doctoral students and students of the institute received detailed information of the research requirements in the center.<\/p>\n
