The competition will be held in two stages.<\/p>\n
Phase 1: At the higher education institution level<\/p>\n
Stage 2: Among the winners of all universities in the country<\/p>\n
\ud83d\udcccRequirements for videos submitted for the competition:<\/p>\n
– on the topic “Our Favorite Writer”;<\/p>\n
– short art or documentary film;<\/p>\n
– Duration from 2 to 3 minutes;<\/p>\n
– MPEG-4 format;<\/p>\n
-resolution 720p (1280×720) or 480p (854×480);<\/p>\n
– up to 40 megabytes<\/p>\n
\ud83d\udcccVideos submitted to the competition will be judged according to the following criteria:<\/p>\n
– The content of the video must be fully explained in the video;<\/p>\n
– video editing quality;<\/p>\n
– disclosure of the writer’s abilities<\/p>\n
– the expression of the peculiar creative features of the authors in the creation of the video is a matter of meeting the plagiarism of the work.<\/p>\n
The winners will be awarded with valuable and cash prizes:<\/p>\n
\ud83e\udd471st place: 2 million soums<\/p>\n
\ud83e\udd482nd place: 1.5 million soums<\/p>\n
\ud83e\udd493rd place: 1 million soums<\/p>\n
