On November 4, 2021, the President of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Shinichi Kitaoka, within the project JICA Chair, has gave an online lecture to students and teachers of the Faculty of Japanese Studies of TSUOS on the topic: “Meiji Revolution: Start of Full-Scale Modernization”.<\/p>\n

It should be noted, that this kind of event with the attendance of JICA executives is being conducted in Central Asia for the first time.<\/p>\n

The event was participated by heads of diplomatic missions, JICA employees, representatives of ministries of Uzbekistan, students of a number of higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan.<\/p>\n

The event evoked great interest among young people. The students noted, that the all provided statistics will help and serve a more in-depth study of this issue.<\/p>\n
