On October 5, 2023, an event dedicated to the 154th anniversary of the birth of Mahatma Gandhi was held under the theme “MAHATMA GANDHI – AMBASSADOR OF PEACE” in collaboration with the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, the Center for Public Diplomacy of the SCO in Uzbekistan, and the Tagore International School of India.<\/p>\n

The event was opened by the rector of TSUOS – G.Rikhsiyeva. The guests who attended the roundtable discussion were K. Sobirov – Director of the Public Diplomacy Center of the SCO in Uzbekistan, Manish Prabhat – the Ambassador of India in Uzbekistan spoke to the participants about the personality of Mahatma Gandhi and his place in the history of humanity. They gave a speech.
