Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Malaysia to Uzbekistan Mr. Ilham Tuah bin Illyas, Rector of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies Professor G. Rikhsieva, Dean of the Faculty of Eastern Civilization and History Z.
