Associated professor of the department of the languages of South-East Asia of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies Sirojiddin Nurmatov Sultanmuratovich has been presented with the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) Distinguished Alumni Award 2017\u201d for India. This award was presented by Minister of Foreign Affairs of India Sushma Svaraj at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of India on 13 april 2018. It was pleasantly appreciated that the award was presented to 5 scientists around the world, among scientists from Bangladesh, Thailand, Maldives, Sri Lanka and orientalist in Uzbekistan Dr. Sirojiddin S. Nurmatov. The Republic of India has awarded the young scientist Dr. Sirojiddin S. Nurmatov with his award, recognizing the contribution of Hindi language and culture in Uzbekistan and contribution to the India studies. The team of our institute congratulates the docent of the Department of South Asian Languages, the India scholar Dr. Sirojiddin S. Nurmatov with the \u201cICCR (Indian Council for Cultural Relation) Distinguished Alumni Award 2017\u201d of the Republic of India.<\/p>\n
