For Professors and Lecturers<\/strong> <em>(TOTAL POINTS &#8211; 50):<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A minimum English proficiency level of B2, with strong oral and written communication skills (10 points);<\/li>\n<li><strong>A 200-word<\/strong> motivation letter outlining clear reasons, objectives, and expected learning outcomes from the mobility program. <strong>NOTE THAT THE ESSAY HAS TO BE IN ENGLISH ONLY <\/strong>(20 points);<\/li>\n<li>A Europass-format <strong>CV<\/strong> (in English) of up to 3 pages, including relevant work experience and scientific publications relevant to the application (20 points).
