This meeting was held in accordance with Presidential Decrees No. PQ-135 dated April 26, 2023, and No. PQ-269 dated July 18, 2024, which assign TSUOS the responsibility of assisting in the development of Yangikurgan\u2019s tourism potential.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, the parties discussed the promotion of the district\u2019s historical, cultural, and touristic opportunities\u2014outlined in the 2025 action plan\u2014particularly targeting foreign markets, especially in Eastern countries. Yangikurgan district is an attractive destination for tourists due to its rich cultural heritage, beautiful nature, and developing tourism infrastructure. Nanay village, craft centers, historical monuments, and ethno-sport activities make the region even more appealing.<\/p>\n<p>TSUOS and the district administration agreed to collaborate on the scientific study of this rich heritage, adapting it to modern tourism demands, developing new tourist routes, and promoting ethno-tourism and agro-tourism. Students and researchers will analyze local historical sites, cultural centers, and natural resources to create interactive, educational, and cultural tour packages.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting also included detailed discussions on organizing student internships in Yangikurgan, conducting academic research, and improving tourism services through modern marketing approaches. This will not only enhance students\u2019 practical skills but also introduce innovative and research-based strategies to the district\u2019s tourism sector.<\/p>\n<p>One of TSUOS\u2019s key strengths is its extensive experience in historical-cultural and academic cooperation with Eastern countries such as China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Turkey, and others.
