At Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies, within the framework of the scientific and practical conference titled \u201cYouth Spirituality in the Conditions of Globalization,\u201d intellectual games \u201cZakovat\u201d and \u201cMunozara,\u201d as well as book presentations, were successfully organized. The event attracted active participation from teams representing several higher education institutions, which contributed to the development of scientific thinking, communication culture, and critical approaches to social issues among young people.<\/p>\n

During the conference, teams from about 10 universities, including Tashkent State Law University and the World Economy and Diplomacy University, participated in the \u201cMunozara\u201d and \u201cZakovat\u201d intellectual games. Participants demonstrated high levels of analytical thinking, reasoning skills, and debate culture. The youth expressed their opinions clearly and convincingly, proposed innovative approaches to various social and cultural problems, and showcased a high level of debating proficiency.<\/p>\n

Another notable event was the presentation of the book \u201cPrisoners of Geography\u201d by Tim Marshall, translated into Uzbek by the \u201cOrientalists\u201d team. The book generated great interest among attendees, as the author\u2019s analysis of the role of geopolitics and geography in the modern world helped expand the geopolitical awareness of youth. During the presentation, the key ideas of the book were discussed thoroughly, including issues related to borders, resources, national interests, and international cooperation.<\/p>\n
