On December 3, 2025, a meeting was held at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies with representatives of Japan\u2019s \u201cAjibiz\u201d recruiting company in an online format, as well as with the head of the \u201cOukaway\u201d company in Uzbekistan.<\/p>\n

The purpose of the meeting was to establish cooperation between the university and Japanese companies, as well as to discuss creating favorable conditions for promising specialists to undertake paid internships and further employment in leading Japanese companies.<\/p>\n

In this regard, TSUOS proposed involving students with strong Japanese language proficiency in 6-month internship programs in Japan according to their fields of specialization. A preliminary online interview with the employer will be organized, and students who pass it successfully will participate in a one-month preparatory course to ease their adaptation in Japan. Upon completion of the internship, talented candidates who show interest and successfully graduate from their university will be given the opportunity to start work at the company where they completed their internship.<\/p>\n

Additionally, it was noted that graduates with strong Japanese language skills have the opportunity to gain employment in companies in Japan.
