On December 17, 2025, the 9th International Forum of Translation Studies entitled \u201cThe Study of Ogahi\u2019s Creative Heritage and Issues of Literary Translation\u201d was held at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies.<\/p>\n

The forum was attended by Nodirjon Kholbutayev, Head of the Department for the Development of the State Language under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Gayrat Majid, Deputy Chairman of the Writers\u2019 Union of Uzbekistan; and Salim Ashur, Advisor to the Chairman of the Writers\u2019 Union.<\/p>\n

During the event, participants discussed the scholarly study of Ogahi\u2019s creative legacy, current issues in literary translation, and modern approaches in translation studies. An exchange of views and professional experience also took place.<\/p>\n

The forum played an important role in strengthening academic cooperation in the field of translation studies and promoting national and world literary heritage through translation.<\/p>\n

At the conclusion of the forum, the Ogahi commemorative badge was awarded.<\/p>\n
