On December 18, 2025, a scientific and educational event titled \u201cArabic Studies in Uzbekistan: Traditions, Contemporary Research, and Prospects\u201d was held at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies. The event was attended by the Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Arab countries to the Republic of Uzbekistan.<\/p>\n

The conference focused on the stages of formation and development of Arabic studies, contemporary research conducted in this field, and priority tasks for future development. University professors and lecturers, young researchers, doctoral students, and undergraduate students took part in the event.<\/p>\n

During the event, presentations were delivered on the rich academic traditions of Arabic studies in Uzbekistan, current issues in the study of the Arabic language and literature, source studies, translation studies, and interdisciplinary research.
