On January 9, 2026, a working group of the Republican Commission on Enhancing the Role of Women in Society, Gender Equality, and Family visited Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies.<\/p>\n

The visit was attended by the Chairperson of the Committee on Youth, Women’s, Culture and Sports under the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Orzigul Kozixonova, and Committee member, Senator Malika Kodirxonova.<\/p>\n

During the visit, the working group members familiarized themselves with the conditions created at the university for female students and female teachers, the work being carried out to increase their socio-political activity and ensure gender equality.<\/p>\n

Opinions were also expressed on the organizational, spiritual, educational, and institutional activities being carried out in this direction.<\/p>\n
