<\/a><\/p>\nDuring the roundtable, Ms. Smita Pant and Dr. Neena Malhotra emphasized the role of women in society in India and Uzbekistan, as well as their invaluable contributions to the development of science and culture. In particular, they expressed their gratitude to the Rector of the university, Professor G.Sh. Rikhsiyeva, for her efforts in advancing Indology and shared their proposals for future cooperation.<\/p>\n
Additionally, Professor U.U. Muhibova delivered a presentation on \u201cWomen Writers of Uzbekistan and India.\u201d In her speech, she discussed the works of prominent Uzbek and Indian poets \u2014 Zulfiya and Amrita Pritam, their friendship, and translation activities. She also presented proposals for future literary translation projects and their publication.<\/p>\n Furthermore, Senior Lecturer M.M. Murtozakhodjayeva presented a report on \u201cThe Image of a Woman in the novel \u2018Pavlayi\u2019\u201d within the framework of Tamil literature studies. Third-year doctoral student Sh. Tilovmurodova delivered a presentation on \u201cThe Image of the Stranger in the Works of Nirmal Verma.\u201d They also shared their proposals for further development of research in Indian literature and linguistics.<\/p>\n Moreover, during the roundtable, active undergraduate and graduate students who had studied in India and participated in youth forums shared their impressions and experiences in Hindi.
