On April 13, 2026, the \u201cCentral Asia\u2013European Union Universities Congress\u201d was held in Samarkand, where the delegation of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies took part.<\/p>\n

More than 150 representatives of higher education institutions from various countries \u2014 including rectors and vice-rectors \u2014 participated in the event, discussing ways to elevate cooperation to a new level and create new opportunities.<\/p>\n

The discussions focused on expanding opportunities for youth, enhancing the international professional development of educators, ensuring modern and high-quality education, as well as increasing scientific collaboration and academic mobility.<\/p>\n

Within the framework of the event, the 4th Forum of Rectors of Uzbekistan and Poland was also held. A memorandum of cooperation was signed between TSUOS and Adam Mickiewicz University in Pozna\u0144 (QS #741\u2013750). The parties agreed to jointly participate in Erasmus+ project calls, supported by funding at regional, structural, national, and institutional levels.<\/p>\n
