On May 13, 2026, the Department of Western Languages of the Faculty of Applied Sciences at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies welcomed two guest lecturers from Azerbaijan University of Languages \u2014 Associate Professor, Professor Durra Hashimova and Senior Lecturer Aynura Amirova. As part of a two-week guest lecture program, they are scheduled to conduct lectures and seminars at the university.<\/p>\n

Within the framework of the visit, the Head of the Department of Western Languages, PhD, Associate Professor Saodat Saidakbarova organized a practical seminar titled \u201cFrom Learning Outcomes to Reflection.\u201d The seminar focused on the interconnection between three important components of the educational process \u2014 Learning Outcomes, Assessment, and Reflection. During the session, participants exchanged views on designing a meaningful and continuously improving learning process through defining learning outcomes, assessment, and reflective practices.<\/p>\n

In addition, department lecturer Nargiza Fuzaylova conducted a seminar on the SIX HATS method, providing information about its application in the educational process, its role in increasing student engagement, and developing interactive approaches.<\/p>\n
