On May 16, 2026, Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies hosted the final stage of the Uzbekistan round of the 2026 \u201cChinese Bridge\u201d competition, the award ceremony for the winners of the short video contest \u201cSilk Road Crossroads: Me and China,\u201d as well as the Embassy scholarship presentation ceremony, organized at the initiative of the Embassy of the People\u2019s Republic of China in Uzbekistan.<\/p>\n

The event was attended by Mr. Yu Jun, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People\u2019s Republic of China to Uzbekistan, university administration, professors and teachers, students, school pupils, and contest participants.<\/p>\n

During the ceremony, participants highlighted the achievements of cooperation between Uzbekistan and China in the fields of education, language learning, and cultural exchange. Active participants and winners were awarded diplomas, certificates, and commemorative gifts.<\/p>\n
