A major international event aimed at elevating cultural and educational cooperation between Uzbekistan and China to a new level was held at the Confucius Institute under Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies (TSUOS). Organized by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) under the Ministry of Education of the People\u2019s Republic of China and the Chinese Testing International (CTI), the \u201c3rd HSK Study in China Fair\u201d opened new opportunities for Uzbek learners of the Chinese language and HSK candidates.<\/p>\n

As part of the event, the Confucius Institute welcomed a large delegation representing 27 leading Chinese universities, including world-renowned institutions such as Renmin University of China, Tianjin University, Fudan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Zhejiang University, and Wuhan University.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

During the opening ceremony, the delegation members were warmly welcomed, and special emphasis was placed on the growing interest of Uzbek youth in the Chinese language and culture within the framework of the \u201cBelt and Road\u201d initiative. The significant role of the TSUOS Confucius Institute in this process was also highly acknowledged.<\/p>\n

During the bilateral discussions held at the Confucius Institute, the parties agreed on developing cooperation in several strategic areas beyond language education, including:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Academic Exchange \u2014 enhancing student and faculty exchange programs;
\n\u2022 Joint Research \u2014 implementing collaborative scientific research projects;
\n\u2022 Double Degree Programs \u2014 launching joint educational programs based on modern methodologies;
\n\u2022 Digital Education \u2014 introducing digital and innovative language teaching technologies.<\/p>\n

This historic visit and exhibition will contribute not only to strengthening academic cooperation between universities, but also to further deepening friendship and partnership between the peoples of Uzbekistan and China.<\/p>\n
