On June 12, 2026, the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies hosted the international Forum on the Harmony of Civilizations and Cooperation<\/b>, dedicated to strengthening academic cooperation between Uzbekistan and China, promoting intercultural dialogue, and expanding cultural exchange.<\/p>\n

During the forum, participants delivered presentations on cooperation among civilizations within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative<\/b>, the cultural heritage of the Great Silk Road, international academic exchange, the current state and future prospects of Sinology, as well as issues of mutual understanding between the peoples of Uzbekistan and China.<\/p>\n

Representatives of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Peking University, Lomonosov Moscow State University, the International Confucian Association, the Cultural Heritage Agency of Uzbekistan, and the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies delivered keynote presentations.<\/p>\n

The forum also served as a platform for discussing prospects for expanding inter-university cooperation, strengthening academic exchange programs, and implementing joint research projects.<\/p>\n

This prestigious international event became an important platform for further strengthening the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and China, promoting intercultural dialogue, and identifying new avenues for academic and educational cooperation.<\/p>\n
