These days, as our country is widely celebrating one of the greatest and most cherished holidays in its history \u2014 the 35th Anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan<\/strong> \u2014 the leadership of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies has also received high recognition from the state for its dedicated contribution to the development of our country, science and education.<\/p>\n

On the occasion of the 35th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Professor Gulchehra Shovkatovna Rikhsiyeva<\/strong>, Rector of the University; Professor Kudratulla Sharipovich Omonov<\/strong>, First Vice-Rector of the University for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Work; and Professor Shuhrat Mirgiyasovich Mirziyatov<\/strong>, Vice-Rector of the University for Administrative and Economic Affairs, have been awarded the commemorative badge \u201c35th Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan\u201d<\/strong> in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 25, 2026.<\/p>\n

The award recognizes their many years of dedicated and effective service, public engagement, and significant contributions to the modernization of science and education in our country, the training of highly qualified specialists, the strengthening of the university\u2019s material and technical facilities, and the education of the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism and national values.<\/p>\n

This achievement is a significant milestone for the entire university community and yet another vivid example of the high level of care and attention devoted to the development of science and education in our country.<\/p>\n

The staff of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies sincerely congratulates the Rector of the University, Professor Gulchehra Rikhsiyeva<\/strong>, and Vice-Rectors Kudratulla Omonov<\/strong> and Shuhrat Mirziyatov<\/strong> on this high recognition and prestigious award.<\/p>\n
