An international conference was held in Moscow on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the Institute of Oriental Studies under the Russian Academy of Sciences. At this prestigious conference participated professors of TSIOS Ahmadjon Quronbekov,\u00a0Qosimjon Sodiqov and Khalliyeva Gulnoz. During the conference\u00a0was held a meeting\u00a0 with professors and teachers of the Department of Turkology, Iranian studies, Central Asian History ofthe Institute of Asian and African Nations under the Moscow State University\u00a0and were exchanged new books on oriental studies. The scholars also have a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Russian Federation Botirjon Asadov and exchanged views on the development of scientific and cultural ties between Uzbekistan and Russia.
