Centuries-old heritage of the Oriental people, calligraphy and book art have a special place and nowadays it is popular too.<\/p>\n<p>On November 30, 2018 at the Department of Arabic Philology of Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies was held a meeting with the famous calligrapher Habibullo Salikh. Professors, teachers and students who are interested in calligraphy took part in this event.<\/p>\n<p>Khattot Habibullo Salih informed students about the peculiarity of the art of calligraphy, the history of development of this type of art and its importance today.
