As part of the activities of the Confucius Institute at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, a meeting was held with a delegation from the Guangxi Institute of Public Administration of the People’s Republic of China.<\/p>\n

The meeting was attended by Saodat Nasirova, Rector of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, and university representatives. The Chinese delegation was headed by Tan Zesong, Vice President of the Guangxi Institute of Public Administration. The participants discussed opportunities to develop cooperation in education, science, and culture.<\/p>\n

The Chinese delegation included Professor Lyu Yong, Director of the Department of Public Management Teaching and Research; Professor Chen Fagui, Deputy Director of the Department of Law Teaching and Research; Professor Hou Lin of the Department of Culture and History Teaching and Research; Liao Yiming, Lecturer in the Department of Philosophy Teaching and Research; and Mo Haifa, Chief of the Civil Servant Training Division.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, particular attention was given to establishing mutually beneficial cooperation between the two educational institutions, advancing educational and research activities, and facilitating the exchange of experience among academic staff and researchers.<\/p>\n

The participants also exchanged views on opportunities to expand academic cooperation in public administration, law, culture, history, and philosophy; organize joint academic events and seminars; strengthen academic ties; and make effective use of the educational and research potential of both institutions.<\/p>\n

The meeting also highlighted the important role of the Confucius Institute at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies in promoting educational, scientific, and cultural ties between Uzbekistan and China. The participants discussed prospects for further strengthening cooperation between educational institutions in the two countries through the Institute, promoting the study of the Chinese language and Chinese culture, and advancing scientific and academic collaboration to a new level.<\/p>\n

At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides emphasized the importance of consistently developing mutually beneficial cooperation, supporting future joint initiatives, and expanding engagement in education and science.<\/p>\n
