Strengthening Global Partnerships
On June 13, 2024, the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies (TSUOS) hosted a distinguished delegation led by H.E. Yousuf bin Saleh Al-Otaibi, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Uzbekistan, and Dr. Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Washmi, Secretary-General of the King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language (KSGAAL).
During the official visit, the parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between TSUOS and KSGAAL to strengthen cooperation in Arabic language education and cross-cultural academic exchange. The delegation toured the TSUOS Museum of History and held productive discussions with university leadership on future cooperation. Following the signing, KSGAAL representatives met with professors of Arabic Studies to explore joint initiatives in curriculum development, training programs, and capacity-building projects.
This strategic partnership paves the way for deeper engagement between the two institutions and demonstrates a shared commitment to knowledge exchange, academic diplomacy, and the advancement of global education through SDG-aligned collaboration.
