Collaboration within the Erasmus+ ICM Framework
In October 2025, several professors and a PhD student from Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies (TSUOS) visited various European universities within the framework of the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) program.
Among them, PhD Jasur Sulaymonov, Head of the Department of Eastern Philosophy and Hermeneutics, delivered a lecture at the University of Pisa in Italy. Meanwhile, PhD Ugiljon Abduvaliyeva, lecturer at the Higher School of Iranian and Afghan Studies, and Shamsiqamar Tilovmurodova, PhD candidate at the Higher School of South Asian Languages, visited Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) in Hungary.
Dr. Sulaymonov’s academic visit to the University of Pisa’s Department of Civilizations and Forms of Knowledge is scheduled for October 10–22, during which he is expected to deliver lectures for the department’s students.
As part of the mobility program, Dr. Abduvaliyeva is scheduled to conduct an open intensive course titled “Introduction to the Pashto Language (8-hour intensive course)”, which will take place from October 13 to 17 for students of the Department of Iranian Studies at ELTE. https://iranianstudies.elte.hu/en/content/introduction-to-pashto-language-8-hours-intensive-course.e.6748
Meanwhile, PhD candidate Tilovmurodova’s Erasmus+ ICM mobility is planned to be held from October 13 to 26, during which she will engage in academic and research activities at ELTE.
