On September 17, 2025, the II International Scientific and Practical Conference on the topic “Altai — The Ancestral Homeland of the Turks. On the History of the Emergence of Turkic Civilization” commenced in the Altai Republic of the Russian Federation. The Rector of TSUOS, Gulchehra Rikhsiyeva, is also participating in this prestigious event.
