Talented and Creative Students Honored at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies
A special event was held to recognize and reward active and creative students who have excelled in the educational process, spiritual and educational activities, and international conferences within the framework of the Higher School of Translation Studies, Linguistics, and International Journalism.
During the event, the First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work, Qudratulla Omonov, summarized the academic year, emphasizing the remarkable achievements of the school’s students, including the publication of several translated books. He also extended special gratitude to the parents of such dedicated students.
At the ceremony, public correspondents of the “News from the East” online newspaper, as well as active students from the fields of journalism, tour guiding, translation theory and practice, and computational linguistics, were recognized and awarded diplomas, souvenirs, and certificates of honor.
