Admissions are still open at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies for the Joint Educational Program for the 2025–2026 academic year.

70230101 – Linguistics: TURKISH LANGUAGEand to earn diplomas from both universities!

DURATION OF STUDY – 2 YEARS

GRADUATES RECEIVE DIPLOMAS FROM BOTH UNIVERSITIES.

Classes are conducted under a credit-modular system by faculty members and leading professors from both Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies and Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University. The educational program is offered on a tuition-based (contractual) basis at both institutions.

TERMS OF STUDY AT TASHKENT STATE UNIVERSITY OF ORIENTAL STUDIES

  1. First-year students are required to pay the full amount specified in the contract in advance and in full.

TERMS OF STUDY AT ANKARA HACI BAYRAM VELI UNIVERSITY

  1. All expenses related to one year of study, including medical insurance, dormitory accommodation, and daily living costs, must be covered by the students themselves.
  2. Round-trip airfare during the study period at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University is also the responsibility of the students.

LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Applicants wishing to enroll in this joint educational program may submit their documents to the Admissions Committee of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies
from August 4 to September 2, 2025.

Required documents:

  1. A scanned copy of the passport (including the page with residence registration) or ID card.
  2. A scanned copy of the bachelor’s degree diploma.
  3. A scanned copy of a certificate confirming C1-level proficiency in the Turkish language (national CEFR certificate or TYS from the Yunus Emre Institute).

Graduates who successfully complete this program will have the opportunity to build successful careers in ministries, government agencies, diplomatic services, general education schools, and secondary specialized educational institutions. In addition, they will be eligible to pursue doctoral studies at universities in Uzbekistan and Turkey.
