CENTER FOR LANGUAGE TRAINING AND CONSULTING

 Vocational training events

The Center for language training and consulting under Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies (TSUOS) offers paid short-term educational programs and professional development courses for university professors, specialists, and the general public across the country.

The Centre invites all interested individuals to study Eastern languages (Arabic, Persian, Turkish, Chinese, Korean, Japanese) and Western languages (English, German, French). The duration of study ranges from 3 to 20 months, depending on the learner’s level and the specific features of the language. Classes are held in small groups at convenient times for the participants.

Graduates of two-year (20-month) programs who successfully complete their studies receive a state-recognized certificate granting the right to work as translators.

The Centre has 30 years of experience and employs highly qualified specialists. Educational materials, including video and audio resources, dictionaries, and methodological guides, are used during instruction.

All curricula are approved by the Academic and Methodological Council of TSUOS.

The Centre’s activities are open not only to university students but also to the general public, providing opportunities to learn foreign languages, develop translation skills, improve qualifications, or retrain for a new profession.
