“ORIENTAL SPRING” AT TSUOS
On April 1, 2021, professors and teachers of the Department of Translation Studies and International Journalism of the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies organized a spiritual and educational event “Oriental Spring”. The event was opened with a welcoming speech by the rector of the University Gulchekhra Rikhsieva. The artistic part of the event was rich in musical performances: the students of the department performed Indian, Japanese, Afghani national dances, sang songs in Arabic, Chinese and Turkish, showed excerpts from various stage performances. The event ended with a show of Indonesian national costumes. Then the all-talented student-participants were awarded with commendations and diplomas on behalf of the university administration.
