Cooperation with Altai State University of the Russian Federation is expanding
On April 16, 2021, a delegation led by the rector of the Altai State University of the Russian Federation Sergey Nikolaevich Bocharov visited the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies.
During the meeting, the rector of TSUOS Gulchehra Rikhsiyeva introduced the guests with the activities of the university, the work accomplished in the field of science and the current cooperation with partner universities of the Russian Federation.
In turn, the leadership of Altai State University informed about the activities of the university. Sergey Bocharov suggested projects for the development of Oriental languages and cooperation in the field of Turkology at the Altai State University together with TSUOS.
It should be noted that today Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies has established cooperation with 8 higher educational and scientific institutions of Russia. In the last two years, the University has been implementing various educational and research projects with Moscow State University, St. Petersburg State University, Kazan Federal University, and the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia.
