The 10th meeting of the University Council was held On May 31, 2025
During the meeting, issues related to the implementation of the decisions of the President and Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, as well as decisions and orders of the Board, were discussed.
In line with the tradition of the Academic Council, faculty and staff members were congratulated on their jubilee anniversaries. Temur Samandarov, a student of the TDSHU Higher School of Japanese Studies and the winner of the Central Asian Oratory Contest in Japanese, along with his mentors, were awarded letters of appreciation.
A topical scientific lecture was delivered on the theme: “Opportunities for the Development of Ethnotourism in Uzbekistan (Using the Example of Rishton, Chust, Yangikurgan, and Boysun Districts)” within the field of Oriental Studies.
During the meeting, the current international cooperation efforts of TDSHU faculties, as well as proposals for attracting foreign teachers and international students for the 2025–2026 academic year, were also discussed.
In addition, information was provided on the results of the entrance exams for independent researchers for the third quarter of 2025, and on the activities of the Center for Digital Technologies in accordance with the implementation of Order No. 6 of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation dated January 9, 2024.
