The 3rd UK–Uzbek Rectors’ Forum Has Officially Started
On the first day of the forum held in London, the Rector of the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies (TSUOS), Professor Gulchehra Rikhsiyeva, and the Head of the Department of Western Languages, Associate Professor Saodat Saidakbarova, held a number of meetings with prestigious higher education institutions in the United Kingdom.
During the visit, a new agreement was signed with NILE (Norwich Institute of Language Education) on student exchange programs, professional development courses for faculty members, and scientific cooperation.
In addition, at the negotiations held at the University of Portsmouth, the sides discussed the implementation of joint projects and academic exchange programs in the fields of history and economics.
