Promotion of ecological culture
During the 2022-2023 academic year, K.A.Sadikova, associate professor of the Department of “Pedagogy and psychology” of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, organized several events to promote ecological culture among students within the framework SDG.
On November 11, 2022 was held for the 1st year students of Faculty of Chinese Studies on the topic “Natural disasters in the regions of Central Asia and the resulting losses”. At the event, students listened to a number of lectures on the types of natural disasters, their causes, and ways to protect against them, and received relevant recommendations.
On November 15, 2022, a lecture on “Some environmental problems in Uzbekistan and ways to solve them” was organized with the 1st year students of Faculty of “Oriental Philology and Translation Studies”. In these lectures, students asked questions to the speaker about a number of problematic situations and received answers and relevant recommendations in the form of a discussion.
