Cooperation within the framework of sustainable development
On December 27, 2023, the “Tourism Devotee” badge, established by the Tourism Committee, was ceremoniously awarded to a group of employees of state bodies, public organizations, and business entities who made a worthy contribution to the development and popularization of the tourism industry.
Among the awardees were the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation and responsible leaders of higher education institutions, including the Rector of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies Gulchehra Rikhsieva, whose effective activities in increasing tourism potential in the regions and training qualified personnel in this field were recognized.
