Expanding Access to Quality Education Through International Experience
Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies (TSUOS) actively supports international academic exchange and intercultural learning as part of its efforts to implement SDG 4 – Quality Education. A notable achievement in this regard is that of Shavkat Abdugafforov, a student of the Faculty of Korean Studies, who was awarded a full scholarship to participate in the “HISS-2024 (Hanyang International Summer School)” program at the prestigious Hanyang University in the Republic of Korea.
During this one-month international summer school, the student not only gained insights into new teaching methodologies and global perspectives but also deepened his knowledge in his field of study – Korean culture, history, economy, and politics. This accomplishment reflects TSUOS’s commitment to fostering partnerships with leading universities in Asia and expanding global learning opportunities for its students.
