Financial incentives
At Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, university staff are supported in every way, materially and morally.
Based on the conditions stipulated in the “Collective agreement” and in order to provide comprehensive support to teachers-professors, the following monetary awards were given in 2023 at the expense of extra-budgetary funds of the university:
– 189 750 000 UZS for 330 staff on the occasion of “International Women’s Day” on March 8;
– 319 125 000 UZS for 555 teachers-professors on the occasion of “Teacher’s Day” on October 1;
– at the end of the academic year 2022-2023, 1 577 443 000 UZS for 268 professors and teachers with high-performance indicators, authors who achieved high results during the academic year, who created new textbooks, and study guides; and students who won high positions in competitions held at the city, and republic levels.
In 2023, additional funds in the amount of 6 646 394 846 UZS were allocated to the salaries of 320 university professors, management and staff.
Funds in the amount of 347 082 920 UZS were given as a financial incentive to 419 university students who achieved high results during the 2022-2023 academic year, won in university, city, and republican competitions, and participated in public affairs.
