Presidential Recognition
By the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Rector of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, Professor Gulchekhra Rikhsieva, has been awarded the Order of “For a Healthy Generation” (II degree).
This award acknowledges Professor Rikhsieva’s outstanding contributions to the health, moral and educational upbringing, and intellectual development of the younger generation. As rector, she has actively promoted SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-being, by advocating for a healthy lifestyle in higher education, supporting psychological well-being among students, and advancing critical issues such as gender equality and social inclusion.
This recognition is not only a personal achievement but also a high commendation for her responsible work in building a healthy society and embedding the principles of well-being across educational institutions in Uzbekistan.
