Roundtable Discussion on Innovations in the Election Process
On October 5, 2024, at the student dormitory of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies, professors from the Department of Eastern Philosophy and Hermeneutics held a roundtable discussion with students on the topic “Parliamentary Elections: Changes and Innovations in the Election Process”.
During the event, students were introduced to the latest reforms in the election system, legislative changes, and measures aimed at ensuring openness and transparency. Throughout the discussion, students actively participated by asking questions and gained important knowledge about participating actively in democratic processes, exercising their civic positions, and voting legally.
This initiative contributed to raising political awareness among young people, enhancing their legal culture, and strengthening civil society institutions. At the same time, it helped foster a healthy democratic environment at the university.
