Women in Islam
The TSUOS delegation participated in the International Conference “Women in Islam” in Jeddah.
On November 6, the International Conference “Women in Islam” organized by the Islamic Cooperation Organization started its work in the city of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This international conference was aimed at emphasizing the success of women in the Islamic world and their contribution to development, as well as their role in society. In the working sessions, the status and rights of women, the prospect of expanding education and employment opportunities, and the relationship with women in modern society were discussed.
Rikhsiyeva, rector of TSUOS, participated in the conference as part of the delegation of the Republic of Uzbekistan with an article entitled “The role of women in the field of science, education and innovation in the conditions of new Uzbekistan”.
